Frequently asked questions

Understand our advisory process and the international strategies we develop.

How does a TelliCoJus consultation work?

Our process begins with an eligibility assessment to understand your circumstances and whether international structuring is appropriate for you. If there is a fit, we arrange a private diagnostic meeting to discuss your current position, objectives and challenges.

We then develop a personalised strategy covering asset protection, tax efficiency, legal considerations and global expansion. Our multidisciplinary team draws on practical experience across multiple jurisdictions. After the consultation, you decide whether to proceed with implementation.

How much does a consultation cost?

Consultations start at US$500. The final fee depends on the complexity of your circumstances and the level of personalisation required.

If you proceed with implementation, your consultation fee may be credited in full towards the project, subject to the agreed terms.

What does international structuring include?

Our work goes beyond company formation. Your project may include:

  • International legal and strategic planning: assessment of your circumstances, suitable jurisdictions and structures, including companies, holdings, trusts and foundations.
  • Company formation: incorporation and registration across multiple jurisdictions.
  • International banking: support with personal and business accounts, documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Payment platforms: assistance with gateways and fintechs such as Stripe, Payoneer and Latam Gateway.
  • International cards: support with physical and virtual card solutions and multi-currency financial management.
  • Tax and regulatory documentation: guidance on identifiers and documents such as ITINs and Emirates IDs, where applicable.
  • Succession planning: strategies for the continuity and transfer of family wealth.
  • Document coordination: certified translations, apostilles, registrations and official documents.
  • Ongoing compliance: guidance on deadlines, renewals, governance and maintenance obligations.

The scope is tailored to your objectives and the requirements of the jurisdictions involved.

Can you help me open an international bank account?

Yes. We assist with selecting an institution suited to your profile and preparing the application for a personal or business account. We work with traditional banks, digital banks and fintech providers.

Our team helps you understand documentation and compliance requirements. Account approval and access to banking products remain subject to each institution's assessment.

Do you work only with digital businesses?

No. While digital businesses are an important part of our practice, we also support investors, family holding companies, global service providers and physical businesses with international potential.

We assess the suitability of a structure based on your business model, home jurisdiction, asset protection objectives and expansion plans.

Can a physical business expand internationally?

Yes, where it is operationally, legally and financially viable. Our dedicated strategic consultancy for physical businesses is aimed at companies with monthly revenue starting at US$2 million.

Each assessment considers logistics, supply chains, regulatory requirements and the structure best suited to the business's international objectives.

Can an overseas company help protect my personal assets?

A properly designed structure may help separate personal and business assets and support long-term wealth and succession planning.

The protection available depends on the applicable laws, your circumstances and how the structure is established and maintained. Legal planning and ongoing compliance are essential.

Will I need a local accountant or lawyer?

Requirements vary by jurisdiction, activity and structure. Many aspects can be coordinated remotely through our team and specialist partners.

We identify the local professionals, registered agents and reporting support required for your particular structure.

How do you support legal compliance?

Compliance starts with planning. We consider the laws of the jurisdictions involved and the client's individual circumstances, including relevant residence and reporting obligations.

Our multidisciplinary approach brings together tax lawyers, international legal specialists, accountants and financial analysts. Due diligence, documentation and ongoing maintenance form part of the agreed project scope.
